SJ IM allows the user to enter additional settings of notifications.

In the menu “Events” activating or deactivating the features you can set: “Open window while getting a new message” that allows you always to see new incoming messages.

“Ignore messages from the users not from the contact list” – this feature is very useful if unauthorized contacts are constantly trying to add themselves to your contact list.
